In this field, we are parent pleasers but there comes a point in time when you must make a decision to continue to please a parent or to just let them go find another center to service their children. Recently, I had a family decide to pull there children after months and months of trying to please. This family enrolled in the center in June of 2010 and the complaints began in July. First she decided to keep her children home for a week because she said it was too hot in the center. She asked for a credit and we gave it to her.
